Where It All Began...

Our company started in the heart of its owner, Ms. Maria Novello.  She is a single mother with a desire to help people advance their skills and help them to get jobs to improve their quality of life. 

As a business owner, Ms. Novello has a desire to "give back" to her community by working with young people and adults directing them in their work life, providing them with skills and knowledge.

Originally from New York, Ms. Novello relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada.  She worked for Career Blazers, Madison Avenue NY as Director of Career Services as well as several years of experience with New Horizons Computer Learning Center as the Computer Training Sales Liason. She also speaks Spanish & Italian Fluently. By the way, her excellence in customer service-"roll out the red carpet attitude" comes from 10 years of training with VIP Services. She values her customers and goes "Above and Beyond" for all.

She made a decision that she wanted to have her own company and launched out in faith.  She has not looked back and it has been a very fullfilling journey for her and those she works with. Her desire is to Bless others with her Blessings.

Our company provides Staffing and Computer Training.  We are a great support to Human Resource departments in helping employers find talent and advance employees with continuous training.
